A well-established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling auto accident and bodily injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is passionate about plaintiff advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in all phases of plaintiff personal injury and auto litigation
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and correspondence
- Manage case files from pre-suit through litigation
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and insurance carriers
- Review and organize medical records, bills, and damages documentation
- Maintain litigation calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury / auto litigation experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures and deadlines
- Experience handling cases from intake through litigation
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a strong plus
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced legal environment
